Privacy information

Integrity Czech Republic s.r.o. is the controller for your invitation request. We process your name, company, role, email address, optional Telegram handle and consent record to handle the request and communicate the decision. The legal bases are your consent and pre-contractual steps you request.

Only if you give separate optional consent, we may share your name, company, role and email address with Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) for email contact about its products following ANS Rome 2026. Cloudflare participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Refusing this consent does not affect your request.

Recipients: Telegram as messaging provider for request messages, Cloudflare as hosting processor, and Cloudflare, Inc. as an independent recipient only with your separate consent. The event organiser receives your data only if you are invited and agree. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Request data is scheduled for deletion on 2027-02-02. Consent records include the text version, choice and timestamp. Link tokens are stored only as hashes. A keyed IP hash is used to limit abusive submissions.

You can withdraw consent at any time, including using the private withdrawal link provided after submission. For withdrawal or requests to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, or object to processing, contact t.kvasnovsky@ig.systems. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You may complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ): uoou.gov.cz.

An approved request is an invitation from the partners and does not guarantee a VIP dinner seat.
